BigThrone Records provides digital products and services only. As such, no physical items are shipped, and traditional shipping methods do not apply.

Digital Delivery

All products and services offered by BigThrone Records are delivered digitally via email, download link, or agreed-upon file-sharing platform.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard goal is to deliver digital products and completed services within 7 business days of purchase or receipt of all required materials from the customer.

Delays & Communication

While most orders are completed within this timeframe, delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity

  • Volume of orders

  • Timing of customer responses or file submissions

If a project is expected to take longer than 7 business days, the customer will be notified and kept informed regarding the revised timeline.

Customer Responsibility

Delivery timelines begin once all required files, information, and instructions have been received from the customer. Delays caused by missing or incomplete materials may extend the delivery timeframe.

No Physical Shipping

Because all offerings are digital, shipping fees, tracking numbers, and delivery addresses are not applicable.
