Refund & Revision Policy – BigThrone Records

At BigThrone Records, all sales are final. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our services and digital products, BigThrone Records does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital products

  • Audio services (mixing, mastering, production, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized work

  • Downloadable content

Once work has begun or a digital product has been delivered, the sale is considered complete.

Free Revisions

While refunds are not offered, we do provide unlimited free revisions for all applicable services.

  • Revisions may be requested until the customer is satisfied

  • Revisions must stay within the original scope of the purchased service

  • Requests that significantly alter the original project may require an additional purchase

Our goal is to ensure you receive a final product you are happy with.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review product or service descriptions before purchasing

  • Provide clear and accurate instructions, files, and feedback

  • Respond to revision requests in a timely manner

Delays caused by missing information or unresponsiveness may impact delivery timelines.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from BigThrone Records, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or digital products delivered in accordance with this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the refusal of future service.

Legal Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including those of the State of Wisconsin, which allow businesses to maintain a no-refund policy as long as it is clearly disclosed before purchase.
